“设计走向生活” ——从漠视到咖啡厅

中国设计师和艺术家范凌为Icograda北京世界设计师大会的主题展览“生活境”设计了入口空间装置“设计走向生活”，展于北京中华世纪坛。 “设计走向生活”空间装置捕捉了生活和设计之间经历的三个阶段： 第一个阶段：漠视，设计高高在上，远离生活； 第二个阶段：杂志，设计就在眼前，是生活中消费的视觉却不是生活的真切经验； 第三个阶段：咖啡厅，设计启发生活，生活启发设计。 这个装置中，三个阶段被空间化为设计产品与所处环境之间的三种关系：第一个阶段，设计产品被高高悬挂在屋顶上；第二阶段，设计产品被垂直悬挂在墙面上，第三阶段，设计产品组成咖啡厅，服务观众。

DESIGN INTO LIFE From Ignoring to Café

Chinese artist and designer Ling Fan create a major spatial installation “Design into Life” for 2009 Icograda Beijing World Design Congress. The spatial installation “Design into Life” captures three stages of the relationship between life and design: First, ignoring, design is a high art form which is far from real life; Second, magazine, design is just in front of people as a consumable visual image than a real life experience; Third, café, design inspires life and life inspires design. In this installation, there stages are spatialized as three relationships between design product and its environment: first, design products are hung from the roof; second, design products are hung perpendicularly on the wall; third, design products create a café, serving visitors.
